TO GET RID OF PIMPLES, avoid rich fatty food and fried food. Take plenty of water, fresh juices, lots of greens and fruits. Sweets, chocolates, puddings and spicy food must be avoided and tea and coffee kept to a minimum.
Drink a glass of hot water with the juice of half a lemon squeezed into it, first thing in the morning. This will tone up the system and help get rid of impurities in the blood.
