How to prepare green tea



How to prepare green tea???
Steps ot prepare for making green tea:
Heat 1 cup of water in a vessel or kettle.
When the water boils switch off the stove and add the leaves to it and let it be there for few minutes (3 to 4 mins)
Now filter it and add sugar or honey to your taste. (in starting add some amount of sugar like you have in coffee or tea but as you used to drink green tea reduce the amount of sugar to get it's full benefits.




Benefits of Green Tea
Green Tea Act as antioxidants thus it lowers the Risk of Cancer.
Green Tea Lowers Cholesterol and thus, the Risk of Stroke and Heart Diseases
Green Tea Lowers Blood Pressure.
Green Tea Prevents Tooth Decay.
Green tea is said to help in lowering calories and fighting fat.
Reduction in bad cholesterol and Helps in weight loss.
Increase in metabolic rate / fat oxidization.
